So yeah, I bought one. The price was kinda high but whatever, I'm fine with it. I'm actually not that much of a fan of these Petit'gguys, I just bought this one because of the guitar, it's just really cute looking and stuff. So without further ado, let's see what's inside.
First, we have runner L. It has the parts for the head, arms and ears. I really like the green color.
And then we have runner M. It has the guitar, the ribbon for the Petit'gguy's back, and a nice looking brown mini stand.
Now we have runner K. It has the paws, feet, the insides of it's ears, and it's snout and nose. In a cream-like paint job.
And lastly, we have six clear polycaps and the sticker sheet. It's really nice that Bandai provided extra stickers for the nose and eyes. I guess they know that some of us would lose some the stickers into the alternate reality, or Earth Two, or in the Universal Century while we're attaching it, or maybe accidentally lose it when it falls to the ground or some sort (well, if you're unlucky that is). So great job there Bandai!
Moving on...
After minutes of building, let's check it out part by part.
Let's start off with the head. It was an easy build, some minor nub mark removal and it's done. It was kinda hard attaching the sticker on the nose. Just stay away from the electric fan while attaching it.
The second part now is the body. Pretty easy one.
Ooooh, nub mark spotted. |
Now for it's accessory (or ries). We have here the guitar, and this adapter piece thing for you to attach some parts from other Build Fighters accessories.
Now let's put them all together and...
"Are you ready to rock?" |
Here it is with all of it's parts attached. It can somehow stand on it's own but you really need to use the stand.
nub marks!!! |
nub marks again!!! 😂 |
"Yes my sweet Yes! my sweetest, I wanna get back where you were~" |
Here it is with the stand.
And some other poses.
Now on the back of the manual (sorry I wasn't able to take a photo of that one.) You can attach some weapons and accessories from other Gunplas most of them are from the Portent Flyer, Amazing Red Warrior, and the weapons from the Crossbone Maoh. Luckily, I have the first two.
On the manual, it says you can attach part parts from the Portent flyer as wings and a sort of sword. And you can also get the Amazing Red Warrior's shield as a uhm, shield for this Pettit'gguy.
Double sword FTW! |
"Just wild beat, communication~" |
"Spider-man, Spider-man, your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man" |
CONs
- Too girly (it depends in your reference)
- too pricey (I think)
- limited accessories (but for me the guitar is a win)
PROs
- Easy build
- GUITAR!!!
- Free stand
- The nub marks are not so visible.
- The customization options for the Petit'gguy is very excellent. You can attach wings, boosters, and other various weapons. It's really great kit for customization.
